· Names and email contact details

· Brief notes of training, coaching or counselling sessions using a client code and initials only.
 Notes include the date and a brief summary of conversation topics.


We collect or use the following personal information for information updates or marketing purposes:

Lawful bases and data protection rights

 *We use email addresses to keep those who have attended our courses or subscribed to our newsletter up to date with new opportunities.

* Keeping notes allows our practitioner to recall relevant detail and areas of focus relevant to the client for the duration of the working relationship and a period of 1 year beyond that.

Where we get personal information from

· Directly from you


How long we keep information

Information kept in the form of client notes will be held for the duration of the working relationship and then stored for a further year. This is in case of a client wishing to refer to previous issues or areas of work or returning to coaching/counselling services.


Email marketing information is regularly reviewed, with inactive email addresses removed every 6 months. Additionally, an unsubscribe button is included in regular marketing emails for instant removal from our lists.


How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to us using the contact details at the top of this privacy notice.

If you remain unhappy with how we’ve used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can also complain to the ICO.
